We tested another Vegan Breakfast Burrito recipe this week. It sounded like a great idea – use chickpeas to make a “meaty” breakfast that could easily be frozen for grab and go mornings. With current time and energy demands I am totally looking for nutrient dense, super fast meals.
The family consensus is that the recipe didn’t taste bad but it wasn’t great either. Keep in mind that I cook for very picky eaters with tastes preferences that change from day to day.
The first batch I followed the recipe as written.
