Health Without Hype

Welcome, I’m Rebecca McGrane CEO and Founder of Authentic Health where I deliver Evidence-based Holistic solutions for everyday wellness. Working from a foundation of abundance, my food and fitness plans focus on empowering others to experience more of the lifestyle, exercise, attitude, and food habits we all know we should have, but many of us struggle to develop.

Each month, I publish a new fitness program designed for the 80% of adult Americans who find it difficult to fit meaningful exercise into their existing lifestyle. Using little, to no equipment and micro-sessions as short as 3 minutes my monthly fitness programs are intentionally suited for consumers living with one or more of the following conditions:

  • Idiopathic disorders,
  • Fibromyalga,
  • Chronic Pain Syndrome,
  • Diabetes (Type I and II),
  • Post Opp Restrictions,
  • Old Injury Limitations.

I have personally created and used these types of plans to successfully overcome my own chronic pain and mobility challenges since before opening my evidence-based holistic wellness practice in 1994.

In addition to a monthly new fitness program, I also publish a monthly Food Dexterity plan. The plan uses real food, available from the typical local grocery store. This is not a pill program or an auto-shipped products program. Food Dexterity is a REAL FOOD program to augment or supplement your existing food habits using your local grocery store. This means you can truly fit this plan
into your existing grocery budget, without going broke or hungry.  Food Dexterity is the plan I developed and use daily to live beyond my own genetic endocrine and immune system predispositions.

My food and fitness plans are published directly into the Authentic Health App on or about the 1st of each month.

I also provide Private Personal Training, Infrared Conditioning, PEMF Therapy, Health Coaching and Aromatherapy services through my office in Oxford, OH. I would be delighted to be part of your wellness support team. Please reach out with any questions.
